TAHINI SPINACH LEMON SHAKE

2 scoops PureNourish
½ cup water
½ cup spinach
1 tablespoon Tahini Sesame Butter
1 small lemon, peeled
1 cup of ice, or more as needed

Add ½ cup of water and PureNourish to your blender and blend for 4–5 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to blend until combined. Peel the lemon with a paring knife, removing the white pith with the peel. Add to the blender the peeled lemon whole, or you may cut it in half, seeds and all, depending on how powerful your blender is. With the blender on high add ice to your liking. If you do not want ice then increase your water to 1 cup.
