STRAWBERRY ROSEMARY SHAKE

2 scoops PureNourish
½ cup water
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 cup ice, or more depending on preference
With blender on low speed, blend water and PureNourish for 4–5 seconds. Increase blender to medium speed and add strawberries and rosemary, blending until incorporated. Slowly pour in melted coconut oil keeping blender on medium speed. Turn speed to high and add desired amount of ice. If you are not using ice, increase water to 1 cup.
