Peas are also are also a great source. This contains 60mg per 100g serving. This includes green peas and frozen peas that are cooked.
Another fruit also high in vitamin C is papaya. It has 60.9mg in a serving of 100g. Other fruits that are sources of vitamin C are mango, pineapple, and melon.
